Huron Industrial Business Park Available Land

State Route 269 (Lassen Avenue through the City) and State Route 198 connect to Interstate 5 (I-5) and State Routes 43, 41 and 99. To capitalize on its location, the City purchased land along State Route 269 near the northern edge of town to develop as a “shovel ready” commercial and industrial park site. This site is exceptional in that it is within 5 miles of State Route 198 and 15 miles of I-5.

Available sites are rough graded and ready with water, sewer, storm drainage, major street improvements (fire hydrants, street lights, sidewalks, and street trees), gas and electrical service conduits ready for service extensions. A range of parcel sizes are available and City can adjust the lot sizes within reason to meet client needs.

The Huron City Council and staff realize that time is of the essence in business development. We are ready to assist and guide you through the process necessary to gain Council approval for your project. Your success is our success!
